Many of our colleagues are successfull business leaders in their own right and not surprisenly many of them played sports at a high level during their younger days. This connection to sports keeps most of them involed in one way or another. We intend to reach out to a select few and invite them to be part of Rugby-Magic’s Advisory Board. We see an Advisory Board in place to provide expert guidance, independent perspectives, and strategic insights to our leadership team. Unlike a board of directors, ithey will not have fiduciary or legal responsibilities but instead serves as a consultative body. Their primary purpose is to enhance decision- making by drawing on the diverse skills, knowledge, and their networks. We anticpate our Advisory Board members to contribute industry expertise, market intelligence, and objective feedback, helping our leadership team to evaluate opportunities, anticipate risks, and refine our strategies. In addition, they can play an important role in strengthening credibility and stakeholder confidence. Their involvement signals that Rugby- Magic Inc. is committed to transparency, growth, and best practices. They can also open doors to sponsorships, partnerships, through their professional networks. Ultimately, the purpose of our Advisory Board is to act as a trusted sounding board—supporting leadership with valuable perspectives while leaving operational control in the hands of the company’s executives.
