This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for purchases made through rugby-magic.com (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. 1. Eligibility for Returns Because Rugby Magic Balm is a topical personal-care product, returns are subject to strict hygiene and safety rules. We accept returns only if: the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, or the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or required by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. We cannot accept returns of: opened or used balms products with broken seals items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or neglect promotional or free items 2. Return Window. You may request a return within: 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless required by law. 3. Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide: order number photos of the product photos of packaging (if damaged) We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund. 6. Return Shipping Costs If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item) We cover all return shipping costs. If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, ordered wrong item, etc.) You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. 7. Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process. 8. Lost or Stolen Packages If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package: check with neighbors or building management verify the shipping address wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early) If still missing, contact us. We will assist with a carrier investigation, but Rugby-Magic Inc is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery unless required by law. 9. Refunds for Promotional Discounts If you purchased an item using a discount code: refunds are based on the discounted price, not the original price if a promotion required multiple items (e.g., “Buy 2, Get 1”), returning part of the order may void the promotion 10.
